1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use CoinTab Pro, we collect:

  • Full Name — used to identify your account
  • Email Address — used for login and license delivery
  • Device ID — collected on license activation to prevent unauthorized multi-device use
  • License Usage Data — activation status, expiry dates, and device binding

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your CoinTab Pro account
  • To deliver license keys and send account updates
  • To prevent unauthorized use of licenses across multiple devices
  • To provide customer support and improve our services

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never stored in plain text. License data on devices uses Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences.

4. Terms of Service

  • Each license key is valid for one device only. Sharing or reselling is prohibited.
  • Urban Cointab Pro reserves the right to revoke any license that is misused or transferred without authorization.
  • The software is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of business resulting from app downtime or malfunction.
  • You are responsible for the security of your admin PIN and account password.
  • We may push OTA updates to fix bugs, improve security, or add features.
  • Licenses do not expire unless an expiry date was set at time of purchase.
